General Policy: All Sales Final At Shaf Ceylon (shafceylon.com), we are committed to providing you with high-quality organic cosmetics. Due to the nature of our products and for strict hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

Damages and Issues While we do not accept returns for used or unwanted items, we stand by the quality of our products. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective.

  • The item arrived damaged.

  • You received the wrong item.

Exceptions We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds (If Applicable) Refunds are only processed in the rare event of a damaged/defective item where a replacement is not possible. If your refund is approved based on a damage claim, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
