We provide reliable island-wide delivery across Sri Lanka. Whether you are in Colombo or any other province, we bring Shaf Ceylon to your doorstep.
Delivery Timeline

Standard Delivery: All orders are processed and delivered within 3 to 7 working days.

Processing Time: Please note that orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a notification via email or SMS with your tracking information (where available). Please ensure your contact details are correct at checkout to receive these updates.
Damaged or Missing Items
As per our Refund Policy, please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If an item is damaged during transit, contact us within 24 hours at shafceylonlk@gmail.com or +94 77 729 4896 with your order number and a photo of the package.
Undeliverable Packages
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the customer is unavailable after multiple attempts by the courier, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to re-send the package.
